Aaron Petree joined SRA in 2021 and brings over 20 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate, specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation. His expertise extends beyond leasing to include property management, investment analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, and development, particularly within the retail, restaurant, and service sectors. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate development from the University of Memphis, where he also served as an adjunct real estate professor from 2006 to 2020.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2010, Aaron was named to the Memphis Business Journal’s Top Forty Under Forty in 2014. His personal real estate projects include ground-up developments of multifamily apartments, townhomes, and single-family spec homes, alongside extensive experience in rehabbing, flipping, and managing rental properties.

Currently, Aaron represents a broad portfolio of national, regional, and local clients across Tennessee, Florida, and the Southeast. His clients include notable projects and brands such as Publix-Anchored Avenir Town Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Dick’s Last Resort, and Condado Tacos, as well as numerous regional and local restaurants and retailers. His strategic insights and comprehensive real estate expertise help businesses grow and thrive.

Aaron resides in Loxahatchee, FL, with his wife, Julia, an avid equestrian.
