Alan joined SRA in 2020, continuing his 25 year career in the shopping center industry having worked for major real estate development companies such as Forest City, The Rouse Company and the Jacobs Group. During his tenure, Alan successfully executed the retail leasing strategies of both new and re-developed centers with a variety of uses on a national landscape. For SRA, Alan optimizes value creation for Landlord and Tenant clients by his leveraging his vast expertise.
