As a recent addition to SRA, Alan will continue his successful career in retail leasing having worked for such renowned real estate companies as Forest City, The Rouse Company and most recently QIC. He brings a wealth of experience to SRA having successfully executed the leasing efforts of five (5) ground up super regional developments and multiple re-developments nationwide throughout his twenty-year career. His responsibilities included active deal-making with a wide variety of retail and food & beverage uses, the creation and execution of tailored merchandising strategies and budget preparation and implementation. Alan’s vast experience and skills will benefit SRA’s landlord and tenant representation services.
